I’m an interdisciplinary researcher, policy consultant, and public communicator, working at the intersection of housing, organisational culture, and mental wellbeing.
My work focuses on how systems, policies, and organisations shape lives. Through impactful, co-produced research and evidence-based consultancy, I support organisations and public bodies to better understand the cultural dynamics that influence decision-making, equity, and wellbeing.
